The North America Commercial (NACO) CRM and Sales Enablement Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for driving the effectiveness and adoption of Salesforce CRM and CPQ platforms globally, with a focus on enabling sales teams through optimized tools, training, and strategic initiatives. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting funnel management, activity tracking, and large account planning initiatives, while partnering with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment and continuous improvement across commercial operations. You will be a part of the North America Commercial Sales Enablement team and report to the Senior Director, North America Sales Enablement responsible for CRM, CPQ, and sales enablement tools and strategy.
