About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager with expertise in Microsoft CRM technologies, specifically Dynamics 365, to oversee the successful implementation, customization, and delivery of Microsoft CRM-based solutions. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that project goals are met on time, within scope, and on budget.

Requirements

• PMP certification preferred.
• 11+ years of project management experience.
• Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM technologies.
• Experience with project management methodologies, including Scrum.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience with Scrum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft CRM implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements and technical specifications.
• Oversee resource allocation, ensuring that team members are aligned with project priorities.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring alignment and managing expectations throughout the project life cycle.
• Provide regular project updates, including progress reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for project kick-off, status updates, and reviews.
• Mentor and support team members, ensuring that everyone has the resources and guidance needed to contribute to the project's success.
• Identify and manage risks and issues that could impact project timelines, quality, and budget.
