Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent technical work experience will be considered. Minimum of 5 years' clinical experience with at least 3 years in a cardiac setting. Willingness and ability to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in collaboration with a sales team. A degree in biomedical engineering, science, mathematics, business, or nursing is preferred. Previous experience working in an Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, device clinic, and/or Cardiac Catheterization (Cath) Lab. Experience in medical device sales, sales support, clinical education, and/or clinical research. NASPE or IBHRE certification. Proven leadership skills, with a track record of consistently high performance. Self-starter with the ability to work independently, efficiently, and effectively in a role where daily hours and tasks may vary, while remaining accountable to company, regional, and team goals. Ability to understand, communicate, and train others on complex medical device software algorithms as they relate to device therapy and diverse disease states. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the medical community, including patients. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a highly motivated team environment, where flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly evolving setting are essential, and urgency often dictates a dynamic work schedule.
