Etsy is seeking a Marketing Operations & Insights Analyst to lead our CRM Insights strategy. In this role you will monitor key CRM metrics, ensure database quality, resolve incidents, and provide insights that shape our broader strategy. This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior CRM Operations & Insights Manager. This role requires your presence in Etsy's Brooklyn Office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. Candidates living within commutable distance of Etsy's Brooklyn Office Hub may be the first to be considered.

  • Monitor Key CRM Metrics: Daily check-ups on sends, clicks, conversions, GMS, and sanity metrics such as sender score, inbox placement, spam rate and deliverability.
  • Manage database maintenance (Persistent hold out groups, experiment data, etc), resolve incidents, and improve data literacy through knowledge transfer.
  • Transform data into valuable insights to help the CRM team and stakeholders understand CRM performance as well spotting new opportunities.
  • Develop a backlog of experiments based on insights from stakeholders such as Marketing Analytics, Research, and Merchandising. Ensure campaigns are meaningful and data-driven.
  • Develop and implement procedures to streamline CRM operations, including operational efficiencies and new workflow tooling.
  • Prepare decks, track and review experiments, and create and maintain presentations for weekly performance, quarterly plans, and key metrics.
  • Build dashboards to visualize data for various audiences and enable teams to draw actionable insights.
  • Proven success in a CRM operations or insights role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Experience with CRM metrics and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in Braze and Looker is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Effective communication with a broad set of partners and stakeholders.
  • A collaborative team player who can work across different departments.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with local and global policies such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR.
