About The Position

The CRM Offer Coordinator role involves responsibility for data and execution components of iGaming promotional campaigns. The role requires fast-paced project management throughout the lifecycle of the campaign, from creation through delivery to the guests. This role will require flexibility and consist of working at least 1 weekend day and possibly even both.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or related field.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Each CRM Coordinator is assigned to work on a team that focuses primarily on promotional campaigns for a group of online gaming sites and apps.
  • The current average workload is 15-30 campaigns a week and duties are cyclical, including simultaneous responsibility for campaign tasks in beginning, intermediate and final stages of completion.
  • Each campaign will begin with a pre-formulated strategy, and the Coordinator will receive all details needed to set up offer segmentation, set up execution rules, load the offer into the internal system, and coordinate drop dates with the email marketing team.
  • The Coordinator will own each step of the campaign once it has been assigned, including routing to reviewers and approvers, proofing, uploading details to internal tools, and all inquiries and notifications.
