About The Position

The CRM Marketing Manager will own the overall customer journey campaign strategy for our Oldcastle APG brand portfolio providing consultation and oversight from implementation to execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM and customer journey design.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising or related field.
  • Direct experience with email marketing that includes strategic oversight and/or program ownership including loyalty programs that may include development, optimization, and/or the technology that powers them.
  • Knowledge and skill with data, data management, data activation and statistics, particularly as it relates to marketing automation, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Experience working with one or more of the major ESP/CRM platforms, particularly SFMC and other Salesforce tools.
  • Ability to translate insights into business actions.
  • Lead presentations and educate, inform and influence teams to become CRM advocates and understand the fundamentals of your work.
  • Understanding of and ability to articulate importance of best practices as they apply to each client's unique programs, channels, and industries.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and client-facing.
  • Curious problem solver who enjoys research and solution development.
  • Ability to handle several complex projects at any one time.
  • Confidence in meeting to present concepts and program progress, both in person and virtually.

Responsibilities

  • Design, set up, and drive complex CRM journeys in Salesforce including triggers and automations with static and dynamic content, driving conversion and engagement.
  • Serve as the internal champion and SME of CRM channels, tactics, including areas such as audience segmentation, email deliverability, test design, best practices, and more.
  • Use data to power measurable improvement across a variety of segments, channels and KPIs, with a particular focus on the email channel.
  • Develop and oversee implementation of measurement plans; define goals and KPIs for the client's program strategy, individual campaigns, audience and segments.
  • Lead a learning agenda. Develop hypothesis-driven testing and optimization methods that result in actionable insights.
  • Partner with our data scientists and analytics teams to design tests, oversee their execution, analyze results and translate that into action that delivers program efficacy.
  • Continually share insights across internal teams.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations showcasing findings and insights into emerging trends, program performance, measurement against plan and recommendations /opportunities in the CRM space.
