About The Position

England-Thims & Miller (ETM) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to own, optimize, and scale our use of HubSpot Marketing Hub. This role blends CRM management, marketing operations, and light content/campaign support to ensure our lead generation, sales enablement, and visibility efforts run smoothly and deliver results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or CRM administration
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment
  • Strong working knowledge of forms, lists, workflows, email campaigns
  • Lifecycle stage tracking and lead scoring
  • UTM tagging and campaign tracking
  • Comfortable collaborating with both marketing and sales teams
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Manage the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Create and maintain properties, lists, forms, workflows, and custom dashboards
  • Implement and maintain lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and segmentation
  • Monitor lead flow and ensure clean data and contact/company integrity
  • Support sales and marketing alignment through CRM integrations and automations
  • Build and schedule marketing emails and nurture sequences
  • Support the launch of campaign assets (landing pages, forms, UTM tracking)
  • Maintain campaign dashboards and attribution logic in HubSpot
  • Run A/B tests and email performance optimization
  • Maintain reporting for MQLs, campaign engagement, and conversion performance
  • Develop recurring dashboards for the marketing team, BD leaders, and exec team
  • Collaborate with the data team to align CRM with external data pipelines and dashboards
  • Assist with drafting or QCing campaign copy (emails, landing pages, forms)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign planning
  • Help ensure messaging and visuals are properly deployed across platforms
