About The Position

The CRM Manager at MotorCity Casino Hotel is responsible for managing, maintaining, and executing all direct marketing campaigns and offers. This role involves creating and distributing marketing materials, managing promotions, and maintaining the player database and CRM systems. The CRM Manager will also serve as the primary contact for outside vendors and assist with various marketing functions.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in direct marketing or promotions function as a coordinator, analyst, or manager.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and execute all direct marketing campaigns and offers.
• Create, distribute, and upload offers to player management system, CRM database, and website.
• Manage and execute all promotions including rules, purchasing, and customer communications.
• Create and distribute reports for direct marketing programs, promotions, events, and VIP players.
• Automate programs and offers whenever possible.
• Assist with functions associated with maintenance of MotorCity's player database and CRM system(s) including data entry, list checking, proof reading, and customer service inbound calls.
• Serve as the primary contact with outside vendors in the coordination of direct mail programs and promotions.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
