We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Manager to join our Marketing team. The CRM Manager will serve as the subject matter expert for Merrick's CRM sales and marketing database in support of our business development efforts and tracking key sales-related metrics. This role will manage, maintain, and optimize our system ensuring data integrity, supporting cross-functional teams with actionable insights, and driving strategic pursuits through effective data management. This position requires a proactive, analytical thinker who can independently manage data processes, support users, and lead CRM enhancements that drive business performance. Typical pay range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000 annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
