About The Position

Mythic is currently seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Intern for the summer of 2026. The paid internship program balances our organizational needs with your interests and professional aspirations. The CRM Intern will work closely with our Customer Relationship Marketing team to develop, optimize, and deliver engaging email campaigns for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in email marketing and contribute to a growing practice at our agency.

Requirements

  • Experience in Marketing Automation software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Hubspot, etc.) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Prior coding experience is a plus but not required.
  • A strong willingness to learn, grow and gain new skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing best practices.
  • A willingness to “find a way” - the ability to find creative solutions to problems
  • Must be a 2026 graduating senior in order to apply.
  • Must be located in Charlotte, NC for the duration of the internship program in order to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Email Campaign Development: Collaborate with the CRM team to build and deploy email campaigns using marketing automation software such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or Hubspot.
  • Content Integration: Assist in integrating dynamic content, images, and links into email templates, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of email campaigns to ensure they render correctly across different email clients and devices. Troubleshoot and resolve any rendering issues.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate with the team to gather data on email performance and provide insights for optimization.
  • Learning and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends and platform technologies, actively seeking opportunities for self-improvement and skill development.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the email marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful email campaign execution.
