About The Position

The CRM Integration Specialist at DonorSearch is a remote, client-facing role focused on integrating and supporting CRM solutions for nonprofit organizations. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and customer engagement, working closely with various teams to streamline integration processes and enhance client success. The specialist will manage CRM integration projects, create training materials, and host webinars, all while ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising or donor management processes is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in integration support, technical customer support, or related roles.
  • Prior experience working with integrations such as Raiser's Edge NXT, BBCRM, or similar CRM platforms is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a client-facing role is required, especially in customer success, technical support, or product-related areas.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, troubleshooting, and technical aspects of CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with data syncing or software integration processes is required.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex integration concepts to various audiences.
  • Skilled in creating content and leading training sessions/webinars for clients and internal teams.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and priorities.
  • Experience in documentation creation and process management with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a SaaS sales or customer success role, especially involving CRM integrations or nonprofit technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Client Success Technology Strategy Manager to install, set up, and troubleshoot key CRM integrations.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Strategic Partnerships to define and manage projects for new or updated CRM integrations.
  • Host client-facing webinars on integrations, ensuring content is informative and up-to-date.
  • Deliver sales enablement training to internal teams on integration options and support during the sales process.
  • Review, revise, and create client-facing and internal documentation related to integrations, ensuring clarity and ease of use.
  • Participate in team selling opportunities and demonstrations for integrations alongside Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Identify current client accounts with integrated CRMs and communicate with account managers about integration opportunities or issues.
  • Work closely with the Technology Strategy Manager to gain cross-functional expertise on integrations.
