As a CRM Implementation Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce, including configuration, user setup, custom workflows, and integrations. Your role will ensure that solutions are scalable and tailored to business requirements. You will continuously assess CRM system performance and user feedback to implement improvements, provide training, support, and documentation to ensure user adoption and long-term system success. Additionally, you will design and maintain clean, scalable data models that support reporting, segmentation, and automation, while establishing best practices for data quality, integrity, and security within the CRM environment. Acting as a CRM subject matter expert and trusted advisor, you will recommend tools, features, and strategies to maximize the impact of CRM investments and align with long-term business goals.
