The CRM and Email Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, execution and measurement of our CRM and Email Marketing efforts. This role will leverage data-driven analytics to develop and implement strategies and journeys to drive acquisition and retention of our core consumer segments. They will partner on our capabilities and processes to deliver personalized campaigns across touchpoints of the consumer, customer and patient experience. Essential Duties: Drive strategy, execution, and performance of consumer/customer engagement for CRM marketing program, including acquisition, activation, and retention. Develop and execute CRM and email marketing roadmap, segmentation, and content planning across consumer and audience segments. Manage distribution of all email sends against a planned editorial calendar and learning agenda that includes A/B testing of content, layout and design. Support the development of a digital measurement framework and track performance against CRM KPIs. Uses data-mining techniques and analytic capabilities to develop segmentation strategies. Define emerging trends of customers and the marketplace to identify new opportunities for Keck Medicine of USC and innovation in CRM. Deliver recommendations and serve as a subject matter expert on CRM approach tools, marketplace trends, list pulls, testing environments and CRM standard methodologies. Performs other duties as assigned.
