We are looking for a CRM Project Manager to lead system upgrade and development projects across multiple organizations. This role involves managing end-to-end project lifecycles, working closely with clients, development teams, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Lead CRM upgrade and development projects from initiation to completion.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (development, QA, product).
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues in real time.
  • Provide guidance on CRM system usage and business process optimization.
  • Ensure documentation and reporting throughout all project phases.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing CRM-related projects – mandatory.
  • Proven familiarity with CRM systems and workflows – minimum 2 years.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple interfaces across technical and business units.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Systems – required.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
