We are looking for a CRM Project Manager to lead system upgrade and development projects across multiple organizations. This role involves managing end-to-end project lifecycles, working closely with clients, development teams, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Lead CRM upgrade and development projects from initiation to completion.
Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (development, QA, product).
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Manage cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment with business goals.
Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues in real time.
Provide guidance on CRM system usage and business process optimization.
Ensure documentation and reporting throughout all project phases.

At least 2 years of experience managing CRM-related projects – mandatory.
Proven familiarity with CRM systems and workflows – minimum 2 years.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple interfaces across technical and business units.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Systems – required.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
