YOUR OPPORTUNITY As a CRM Data and Systems Analyst, you will work with internal customers to assist in research and fact-finding to develop or modify information systems. You will also assist in preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be written as well as analyzing and revise existing system logic and documentation as necessary.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • 2 Year / Associate’s Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist internal customers in trouble shooting system issues or questions but may need to consult with other analysts on resolution.
  • Understand functional business requirements and deliverables for assigned work.
  • Collaborate with business partners to document business processes and functional specifications for readability and understanding by others.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system applications/programs/designs.
  • Create and maintain application installation and troubleshooting guides for high level programs.
  • Work on identified solutions to a problem and test solutions against all aspects of problem as stated.
  • Develop and perform testing on most tasks assigned to ensure proper functionality.
  • Formulate and define system scope based on user needs and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify simple changes to information systems.
  • Create standard technical design specifications from functional requirements including system use case diagrams, data flow diagrams, system design models, pseudo code, etc. May need to work with programmers to clarify spec details during development.
  • Manage assigned tasks and provide estimated time of completion.
  • Minimal travel is required
