The CRM Data & Automation Analyst is a strategic and technical role responsible for the health, performance, and scalability of the company's CRM ecosystem (HubSpot). This individual will serve as a key team member in our CRM team, owning data integrity, workflow automations, and reporting infrastructure. Working closely with sales, marketing, and operations leadership, this role ensures that the CRM not only functions reliably but actively enable business growth through clean data, smart automation, and actionable insights. As a key member of our team, this analyst will also support sales enablement and training efforts as a secondary responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing (Required), or a related STEM field — or equivalent practical experience (i.e., 2–4 years of hands-on experience working within a CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent) in an analyst or administrator capacity.)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reports, interpret data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over data quality and system governance.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience creating training materials, SOPs, or user documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain CRM data integrity, including data hygiene, deduplication, field governance, and regular audits to ensure reliable and consistent records.
  • Design, build, and optimize workflow automations to streamline sales, marketing, and operational processes within the CRM platform.
  • Manage communication with our Business Intelligence group for dashboard accuracy, reports, and KPI tracking frameworks that provide leadership with timely and accurate business insights.
  • Identify inefficiencies in CRM processes and proactively recommend and implement improvements to support scalability and growth.
  • Assist with user onboarding, training documentation, and enablement materials to support CRM adoption across the organization.
  • Support the CRM team lead in strategic planning, project prioritization, and cross-functional CRM initiatives.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
