Are you passionate about data accuracy, integrity and quality? The Hill's US CRM team is seeking an experienced CRM Data Analyst to join our cross-functional digital marketing team. In this role, you'll be at the center of owning our data that drives our data-led marketing strategies across the US for our Pet Parents and Professionals. In this position, you'll keep a close eye on our first party database; keeping our US team members up to date on data quality & health as well as collaborating with our global teams. Your focus will be managing consumer data integration lifecycles, defining schemas/ingestion layouts, conducting routine audits to maintain flow continuity and data accuracy, and analyzing/reporting the performance of acquisition touchpoints and campaigns. Data is at the heart of everything we do on the US CRM team!
