About The Position

The CRM Data Accuracy Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and quality of data within the company's CRM platform. This position focuses on managing Account, Contact, and Lead data, conducting regular audits, and implementing processes to enhance data quality. The specialist will collaborate closely with sales and revenue operations teams to optimize data management practices and support business objectives.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in working with data, specifically CRM related data sets.
  • Experience managing and delivering on SLAs daily and for related data projects.
  • Experience with operating data tools including Demand Tools, Dataloader.io or Openprise.
  • Knowledge of data enhancement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation databases like Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to work independently with larger data projects and manage time effectively.
  • Ownership of SLAs and data KPIs.
  • Willingness to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of all data enhancement and management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a data steward for the entire CRM platform, focusing on Account, Contact, and Lead data.
  • Produce regular data audits and cleansing exercises to improve data quality.
  • Manage daily SLAs for data ingestion requests from sales and cross-functional partners.
  • Maintain overall data hierarchy structure to align with product platform requirements.
  • Execute bulk data ingestion, deduping, and data enhancement using tools such as Openprise, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and others.
  • Establish new processes for bulk data ingestion to support green field opportunities.
  • Build and manage reporting to measure continuous data quality improvements.
  • Act as a liaison to sales and sales managers for insights on prospect movers and newly added contacts.
  • Provide best practice guidance to Sales for data entry to leverage during the sales cycle.
