About The Position
The CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) Support Specialist 1 monitors the CRM software for the Donor Department to improve donor communication and fund appeal marketing. The CRM Specialist's responsibility is to maximize the efficiency of data in Salesforce to improve donor care and communication. The CRM Specialist's role affects data tracking, donations, fundraising, donor communication, and brand image.
