The CRM Analytics Manager is responsible for the overall solution design & delivery in Salesforce analytics (Tableau CRM) for Cencora's Salesforce platform. This role involves working with business/IT stakeholders to drive solution design and delivery for projects and initiatives. The manager will be accountable for solution design of Salesforce CRM analytics and related technologies by introducing innovative solutions in line with business objectives and market trends. Responsibilities include performing and leading analytics capability planning and roadmap, as well as the organic growth of capabilities along with project delivery and for the integration of CRM solution with other enterprise solutions like contact center, sales/service cloud, experience cloud, order management and e-commerce, etc. The position also requires coordinating and collaborating with product vendors for product issue resolution and product upgrades and solutions.
