About The Position

Parksite, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking an experienced Business Applications & CRM Support Specialist. As a Business Applications & CRM Support Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the systems that drive our business forward. With a strong focus on Salesforce CRM and ERP platforms, this position blends technical troubleshooting, data integrity, and business process improvement to ensure our teams have the tools they need to succeed. You’ll collaborate across departments and with external partners to enhance system performance, streamline workflows, and support impactful business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • Foundational understanding of enterprise business systems, particularly CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Proven ability to quickly learn, adapt, and navigate new technologies and systems
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, especially within CRM and business application environments
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM fundamentals, including user support, reporting, and data management
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Ability to work in a computer-based, office environment for extended periods of time
  • Ability to remain stationary and focused while analyzing systems, data, and troubleshooting issues
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and users across multiple channels
  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce CRM, including user support, dashboards, reporting, or basic configuration
  • Familiarity with Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, workflow automation, reports, and dashboards
  • Working knowledge of SQL, databases, or reporting tools
  • Experience supporting system integrations between Salesforce and ERP or other enterprise systems

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for business applications, with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM, resolving user issues and managing support tickets
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues including workflows, dashboards, reports, data visibility, and system integrations
  • Monitor system performance across CRM and ERP platforms, proactively identifying and escalating issues
  • Maintain and ensure data accuracy across systems, including accounts, contacts, and opportunity records
  • Support data management activities such as data imports, exports, duplication, and report generation within Salesforce
  • Document support requests, issue resolutions, system configurations, and CRM processes to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency
  • Assist with system testing, upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations, especially within Salesforce environments
  • Partner with stakeholders across sales, customer service, and operations to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
  • Support data governance initiatives, ensuring system data aligns with company standards and compliance requirements
  • Participate in system audits, data cleanup efforts, and quality assurance activities across CRM and ERP systems
