Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and/or C# .NET, with experience in CRM or SaaS systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects from inception to completion, adhering to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model.
  • Engage in all phases of IT projects, including requirements gathering, design, documentation, approval processes, development, testing (unit, QA, UAT), training, production deployment, and support.
  • Collaborate with various teams such as PMO, QA, CAB, and business units throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform configurations and customizations in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) using JavaScript and/or C# .NET.
  • Address outstanding enhancement requests from the business.
  • Analyze and monitor user-generated data within the system, performing necessary clean-up activities.
  • Assist in developing and testing Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance CRM functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic CRM-related issues under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Contribute to the documentation of IT processes, runbooks, and other necessary materials.
