About The Position

Colliers Engineering & Design is looking for a proactive CRM Administrator to join our team! In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Director of CRM to optimize and elevate our enterprise-wide CRM platform. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the system delivers measurable business value, aligns with company goals, and integrates seamlessly with connected platforms—including ERP, DAM, and more. Requirements

  • Associate Degree/Vocational Certification or related education.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a CRM administrator (AEC or professional services preferred).
  • Experience with system integrations (ERP, DAM, marketing automation, HRIS, or similar platforms).
  • Strong knowledge of Unanet CRM (preferred).
  • Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
  • Skilled in data visualization and reporting (Power BI, Excel, or native CRM tools).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to partner effectively with the Director of CRM and across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the day-to-day operations of the Unanet CRM platform in partnership with the Director of CRM.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM troubleshooting, configuration, and integrations (ERP, DAM, marketing automation, and other business systems).
  • Monitor system performance and ensure alignment with business development and marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Director of CRM to design and deliver scalable training programs to drive adoption and system best practices.
  • Develop, document, and enforce CRM policies, workflows, and data standards.
  • Oversee data governance, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency through regular audits and validation.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for executives, marketing, and operations.
  • Partner across teams (Marketing, IT, Finance, HR, Operations) to ensure the CRM supports firmwide processes and goals.
  • Support leadership on client engagement strategies, pipeline forecasting, and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and improved user experience.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members or coordinators as needed.
