About The Position

As a CRM Administrator, you'll need to maintain a high standard of data hygiene, reporting, and overall development in Velocify, while providing support to users in different teams within Sales and Marketing departments. Provide quality user support while quickly and accurately resolving technical issues. Identify opportunities to optimize performance and improve user interface. Create and utilize reports to monitor data quality and data migrations. Ensure prime borrower experience by continuously assessing CRM workflows and distributions. Reliably accomplish given routine tasks such as sending out update reports and loading leads to the CRM. Develop, test, and manage integrations across partner systems within Velocify. Verify users have access to the right data by managing the platform security settings, access to apps, objects, records and fields. Write up effective change communications to CRM users when new features are introduced as well as be able to train to these changes in a simple and straightforward manner. Consistently document project specs and time management details in a project tracking tool. Design, document, build, test, and deploy enhancements to custom objects, page layouts, workflows, reports, views and dashboards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience in CRM Administration, database management, information management or similar field
  • Some college or technical training required
  • Previous leadership experience required
  • Intermediate knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent and/or TPO space
  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
  • Advanced expertise in designing and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable growth, digital marketing, brand strategy, SEO, social media and integrated campaigns
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience using data to drive targeting and segmentation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently, with attention to detail
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
