We’re looking for a CRM Administrator to own and optimize our HubSpot environment, ensuring it’s accurate, efficient, and scalable as our business continues to expand. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of CRM administration experience
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Zapier integrations
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • NetSuite familiarity
  • Basic coding knowledge (CSS, Java)
  • Understanding of APIs and system integrations

Responsibilities

  • Configure, customize, and maintain CRM functionality, including user roles, permissions, and system settings.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security through proactive policies, clean-up efforts, and best practices.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for CRM users, providing training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure adoption and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver insights into sales, marketing, and service performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues quickly to minimize disruptions.
  • Manage and enhance integrations with connected platforms (NetSuite, Monday.com, etc.) to streamline workflows.
  • Partner with teams across the organization to understand their needs and ensure the CRM supports business goals.
  • Regularly review system usage and processes, recommending and implementing improvements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM pricing, product details, and item creation for consistent sales enablement.
