About The Position
Xavier University of Louisiana seeks a detail-oriented, innovative, and highly organized CRM Administrator to oversee the university's Slate CRM platform, which is central to managing both undergraduate and graduate recruitment efforts. This position is responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of two separate instances of Slate (undergraduate and graduate). The CRM Administrator will collaborate with key stakeholders in Admissions, Enrollment Management, and Marketing to ensure Slate supports the university's recruitment goals and enhances the prospective student experience. This role will also involve the management of Slate as part of its integration with Banner, the university's Student Information System (SIS), ensuring seamless communication between systems. The CRM Administrator will handle data management, reporting, and system optimization while maintaining compliance with internal and external regulations.
