Requirements
- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
- Ability to provide direction to subordinates using established policies and precedents.
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills required with Power Bi knowledge a plus
- Understanding of and experience using SharePoint required
- Understanding of and experience using of ServiceNow a plus
- Ability to Obtain a DoD Secret level clearance
Nice To Haves
- 7 or more years of expereince with a BS degree
- Expereince with Critical Materials Logistics, Procurement and Supply Chain
- A Secret clearance with the US DoD
Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and implements statistical and analytical methods, examines processes and systems to consolidate and analyze diverse data sets including structured, semi-structured and unstructured.
- Develops and sources software programs, algorithms, dashboards, information tools, and queries to clean, model, integrate and evaluate datasets.
- Employs statistical concepts, linguistics and programming skills to develop related techniques and methods for analysis.
- Keeps abreast of new analytic methodologies and technologies.
- Collaborates with functional business units to drive solutions and directions, and interprets and presents findings to enable business decisions.
- Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
- Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
- Creates user-friendly reports using various databases and scripts.
- Works with other teams in order to ensure connectivity between various databases, programs, and systems.
- Collaborates with stakeholders in order to develop solutions to problems and potential problems.
