About The Position

Securitas is hiring for a highly motivated Security Supervisor to help keep our clients' site safe in Rutland, Vermont! This position involves overseeing security operations, ensuring compliance with procedures, and maintaining client relations. The role requires a commitment to safety and vigilance, with responsibilities including regular patrols, team management, and customer service. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, totaling 40 hours per week. Pay is set at $25.00 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism
• Quick judgment and ability to safely and swiftly de-escalate situations
• Prior experience (at least 2 years) in a security role
• Experience in supervisory roles preferred, especially in security or related fields
• Experience in customer service roles preferred
• Ability to obtain Vermont Guard Card (includes a $40 application fee)
• Valid driver's license and CLEAN driving record
• Comfortable operating a company vehicle during mobile patrols
• Walking/standing for long periods of time
• Willingness to be outside in all types of weather for patrolling purposes

Nice To Haves
