About The Position

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an experienced Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Intelligence Analyst position that will work at the Orange County Intelligence Assessment Center (OCIAC). The essential duties and tasks of the CIP intelligence analyst include but are not limited to: Identify and analyze potential risks, vulnerabilities, and threats to the numerous sectors of critical infrastructure in the operational area, including but not limited to transportation, energy, water supply, and telecommunications. Collect, process, and disseminate information to various stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and private sector partners. Identify trends and developments related to critical infrastructure protection. Conduct physical vulnerability assessments of critical infrastructure sectors, engaging with owners and operators and providing assessment reports. Foster and maintain relationships with local, state, federal, and private sector partners while providing training and educational opportunities. Provide briefings to infrastructure partners on threats and vulnerability trends. Assist in planning and attend seminars, conferences, training events, and exercises.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of research, analysis, and intelligence-oriented experience.
  • Proficient experience conducting assessments, trend analysis, and briefs.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to successfully engage and collaborate with federal, state, local, tribal, and private sector agency executives.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exceptional writing and public speaking skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
