You would be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event. Requirements
- Independently licensed in the state of Arkansas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
- Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
- Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,00
- Willing to complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training.
- If you do not possess a training listed above, R3 is happy to provide you with training at no cost.
