Infrastructure Services is part of IS&T and the foundation of Apple's global network operations — managing data center equipment and systems to deliver compute, storage, and networking services for teams across Apple, including its internal developer community. We are actively seeking a Data Center Critical Facilities Technician who is committed to working in a critical environment that values continuous improvement and embraces change! Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in the maintenance and operation of critical infrastructure systems
• Experience with inspecting, and resolving critical equipment malfunctions
• Physical ability to perform tasks that require sitting, standing, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 75 lbs
• Capability to work in varying temperature environments (60°F to 110°F) and follow OSHA work-rest cycles
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including 8, 10, and 12-hour day and graveyard shifts, with a readiness for overtime as decided by business needs

Nice To Haves

• Solid and practical understanding of hyperscale electrical and mechanical systems
• 4+ years of hands on experience in maintenance and operation of critical infrastructure systems
• In-depth knowledge of NFPA 70E and OSHA regulations specifically related to data center environments
• Industry certifications such as Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP) or similar
