Job Description Must have an active (or ability to obtain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair critical mechanical systems supporting a 24/7 data center and mission-critical facility environment. • Perform maintenance on systems including chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, CRAC/CRAH units, pumps, heat exchangers, hydronic systems, exhaust systems, and related mechanical infrastructure. • Monitor facility systems to ensure continuous power and cooling availability in a critical environment with zero tolerance for unplanned downtime. • Identify, assess, and mitigate mechanical maintenance risks that could impact mission operations. • Respond to alarms, system faults, and emergency conditions promptly and effectively. • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance in accordance with site SOPs and manufacturer specifications. • Support mechanical system startups, shutdowns, and system restorations during maintenance windows or emergency events. • Maintain accurate logs, work orders, and maintenance records for all activities performed. • Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, P&IDs, and work plans. • Coordinate with electrical, controls, and operations teams to ensure integrated system performance. • Comply with all site safety requirements, work instructions, and customer standards. • Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights. • Ability to work after hours, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts to support 24/7 facility operations. • Must work safely at all times using required PPE, site safety plans, and safe work practices. • Other duties as assigned. #Intel

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Trade school diploma, completed apprenticeship, or equivalent technical training in a mechanical discipline (HVAC, industrial maintenance, facilities, or similar).
  • 4+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a critical facilities, data center, industrial plant, or mission-critical environment.
  • Must have an active (or ability to obtain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge (i.e., ability to use email, internet, and Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel to effectively conduct company business on the program). Some positions may require an increased level of computer knowledge depending on assigned duties.

Nice To Haves

  • Local candidates preferred.
  • Experience supporting data centers, critical infrastructure, or high-availability facilities.
  • Working knowledge of building automation systems (BAS), mechanical controls, or monitoring platforms.
  • EPA Universal Certification or equivalent mechanical certification.
