Requirements

  • Experience in data center or critical facility operations
  • Knowledge of UPS systems, emergency generators, and switchgear
  • Educational background in engineering, facilities management, or related fields
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and facility management software
  • Physical capability to perform hands-on work in industrial environments

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Data Center Facilities Engineer (CDCFE) or Certified Mission Critical Operator (CMCO) are valued but not required for all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Managing critical facility systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, fire/life safety, security)
  • Developing and implementing maintenance strategies for mission-critical environments
  • Leading and developing teams of engineers and technicians
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Developing and managing CAPEX and OPEX plans for critical infrastructure
  • Implementing and maintaining documentation for critical systems and processes
  • Using facility management software and tools (e.g., Corrigo, MCIM, Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
