  • Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring for team members.
  • Oversee and perform complex tasks related to equipment and systems operations, ensuring safe and professional operation.
  • Conduct inspections and supervision of critical environment-related facility equipment to identify unsafe or abnormal conditions.
  • Monitor performance of maintenance and operations of equipment from central monitoring locations and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Lead incident response teams for abnormal conditions impacting operations and coordinate corrective repairs.
  • Guide and coach team members on best practices for using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Develop and follow emergency operating procedures (EOPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for incident management.
  • Perform various types of maintenance and repairs for multiple disciplines and equipment types, serving as a subject matter expert.
  • Communicate and escalate maintenance activities as required, ensuring adherence to safety and security requirements.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent AND 3+ years of mission critical services work experience in environments such as data centers or hospitals.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent AND 6+ years of mission critical services experience.
  • 1+ year(s) of people management experience.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a specialized area such as mechanical, electrical, or controls.
