A member of the Sanitation department, a food service division at Lyons Magnus, an The Critical Cleaning Technician will be responsible for supporting all sanitation functions. This position will involve executing tasks on the master sanitation schedule and cleaning equipment while using CIP procedures. This position requires good communication and collaboration with operations, maintenance and internal management. Hours: 9:30 pm - 6:30 am (Must be willing to work OT and Weekends) Schedule: Sunday-Saturday Location: Westlake, OH
