Requirements for this position: Provide top quality medicine for highly critical patients on an hourly basis Advocate for the patients to ensure the best care is provided Outstanding time management and organizational skills to keep up with and maintain hourly treatments Self-started who can work independently with minimal guidance Ability to triage and prioritize critical cases Ability to see the big picture to ensure each patient is provided the best possible care Top notch attendance and reliability Excellent communication skills while always maintaining kindness, compassion, and respect Technical requirements for this position: Proficiency in the following technical skills/knowledge: Placing peripheral IVC, sampling catheters, and jugular catheters Drawing blood and urine samples. Urine is U/S guided only Administering critical and life-saving fluids & medications, including boluses, CRIs, and blood products. Cross match, blood type, and administer transfusions Perform all aspects of CPR Inducing (if RVT), monitoring, and recovering patients from anesthesia Assisting with an array of emergency and critical procedures And much more!
