Madison Veterinary Specialists (MVS) is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Criticalist to join our expanding specialty and emergency team. We provide advanced diagnostics and intensive monitoring for critical patients, with strong cross-departmental support and excellent technician-to-doctor ratios. MVS proudly offers comprehensive specialty services in: Internal Medicine Dermatology Surgery Ophthalmology Oncology Neurology Emergency & Critical Care Our specialties work closely together to ensure seamless, multi-disciplinary care and exceptional client communication. The collaborative nature of our departments allows for ongoing case discussion, shared learning, and consistent support for both complex and acute cases.

Requirements

  • DACVECC or residency-trained in Emergency & Critical Care
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A growth mindset and passion for teaching, collaboration, and mentorship
  • Commitment to compassionate client service and patient-centered care
