About The Position

The Critical Care Technician in the Clinical Decision Unit is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Manager or Registered Nurse. This role is essential in ensuring that patients receive compassionate and respectful care during their stay, particularly during night shifts on a per diem basis.

Requirements

• Licensed EMT or Paramedic; OR CNA or PCA with one (1) year of patient care experience in a clinical setting preferred (acute care preferred); OR Nursing students currently enrolled in an approved program for preparation of either professional nurses or licensed practical nurses.
• Must have successfully completed the didactic and clinical portion of a nursing fundamental course work.
• Current employees who have completed an approved professional nursing or licensed practical nursing program and are awaiting NCLEX authorization to test (up to 90 days post-graduation).
• Current employees who have completed an approved professional nursing or licensed practical nursing program and have been unsuccessful in passing the NCLEX examination (up to 6 months post initial authorization to test).

Benefits

• Per diem pay ranging from $37,003.20 to $49,108.80 annually.
