About The Position

St. Anthony North Hospital has provided healthcare to the communities of Westminster, Erie, Brighton, Broomfield, Northglenn, and Thornton for over 50 years. The campus features 60,000 square feet of integrated primary and specialty care physician clinics, an ambulatory surgery center, a birthing center with private suites, a Level III Trauma Center with 24/7 emergency services, over 150 inpatient beds, and an outpatient diagnostics center with lab and imaging services. In 2023, the hospital received Magnet designation for its nursing staff. The facility emphasizes convenience, wellness, and person-centered care, offering inpatient and outpatient services with a focus on preventive health, wellness, and health education. As a Critical Care Tech, you will perform direct and indirect patient care in collaboration with an RN or Physician. This role involves responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the team to address the physical and emotional needs of patients. Additionally, you will place orders, receive and stock supplies for the department/unit, and assist support staff with filing, medical records, and other daily tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Basic computer skills
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Current Colorado Emergency Medical Technician-Basic or A-EMT or EMT-Intermediate or Paramedic license required
• IV certification required upon hire

Nice To Haves

• One year healthcare experience (pre-hospital, ED and/or patient care) preferred
