An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, skilled Band 7 nurse in the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust, within the integrated critical care unit. The post holder will work alongside a fully established team of band 7 leaders within the critical care unit. The individual will be committed to sustaining and improving our patients and families experience, have excellent clinical skills and be able to act as a professional role model. Advert Our unit has 28 flexible beds providing care for both general and cardiothoracic patients. You must possess and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills. You will be a compassionate and caring nurse who will be able to work closely with the Matron to deliver outstanding care for the patients in Wolverhampton & its surrounding areas. The successful candidate must be an innovative, hardworking and enthusiastic adult nurse with a broad range of skills and experiences. They will have proven leadership experience within general and cardio-thoracic intensive care services. They will provide 24 hr continuing responsibility for the effective and efficient management of the integrated critical care unit, providing continuous management of nursing team members.
