About The Position

At LifeShare, our mission is simple yet powerful: we save lives and inspire hope through organ and tissue donation. We are seeking a Critical Care RN to be our In-House Coordinator to represent LifeShare inside St. John Medical Center. In this unique role, you’ll combine your ICU/ED expertise with donation coordination, serving as a trusted clinical resource and hospital liaison.

Requirements

• Two years of critical care experience as an RN required!
• Licensed in the state of Oklahoma.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as LifeShare’s on-site coordinator at St. John Medical Center
• Round daily with nurses on active donor referrals and support patient care teams
• Apply advanced critical care nursing skills to evaluate and manage potential donor patients
• Assist in coordinating organ and tissue donation cases from referral through recovery
• Provide support to donor families, including honor walks and memory-making activities
• Build strong partnerships with hospital staff, physicians, and leadership to foster a culture of donation
• Lead hospital education, in-services, and outreach on organ donation best practices
