About The Position

Welcome to a medical center where you're the center of attention. Overlake Medical Center & Clinics in beautiful Bellevue, WA (just east of Lake Washington in Seattle area) is currently seeking, engaged, motivated RNs who embody our commitment to compassionate care. Our CCU is a mixed specialty critical care unit with 31 beds. Our patients include open heart/thoracic surgery, neurology/neurosurgery, cardiology, pulmonary and trauma. We have been recognized by AACN with the Award for Unit Excellence.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing required (BSN preferred).
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
  • Recent or current Critical Care experience strongly preferred.
  • BLS & ACLS certification required.
  • CCRN certification preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in cardiac rhythm interpretation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate care to patients in the critical care unit.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
