About The Position

Guide a high performance cardiac critical care service near Hendersonville with oversight of CVICU and CVPC. Manage a 19 bed platform and about 65 FTEs in a fast moving, data driven setting committed to patient safety and experience.

Requirements

• Masters in Nursing or BSN with a masters in business, health administration, or related field
• Active RN and BLS
• Five plus years in critical care and three plus years in leadership
• Deep cardiovascular background required

Nice To Haves

• National leadership certification within one year preferred

Responsibilities

• Elevate access, acuity appropriate staffing, and flow
• Improve quality metrics and patient satisfaction with data tools
• Lead budget, capital requests, and resource utilization
• Build strong physician partnerships across cardiovascular services
• Mentor assistant leaders and charge RNs to a just culture
• Maintain continuous regulatory readiness
