MedStar Medical Group at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center is seeking to hire a Critical Care Intensivist Nocturnist to join our Critical Care team in Baltimore, Maryland. The ICU consists of a Medical Critical Care Unit and a Level 1 Neuro Critical Care unit. The Medical Unit is staffed by Intensivists and Residents. The Neuro Critical Care unit is staffed by dedicated Neuro-Intensivists and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Standard shift expectations: Annual clinical target of 122-153 shifts per year. Team consists of 2 day-time Critical Care physicians, one neuro intensivist, and one night-time intensivist. Clinical responsibilities include multidisciplinary rounding within our intensive care units, triage, new patient admissions, and standard critical care procedures. During non-clinical weeks, providers are encouraged to participate in departmental activities. MedStar Health offers considerable opportunities in research and leadership development.

Requirements

• Valid MD medical license
• American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) certification, and board certification in Critical Care Medicine.

Responsibilities
