About The Position

Ready for a role where every shift counts and so do you?
BAYADA is seeking experienced LPNs to deliver high-acuity, one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx. As a Take Home Lead Nurse, you'll take on varied assignments - supporting new case starts, urgent callouts and complex care needs. This role is for LPNs who are skilled, adaptable and driven by purpose.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of New York
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• 1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred)
• Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric clients
• Willingness to travel to all 5 boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx
• Strong clinical skills, flexibility and a proactive mindset
