About The Position
BAYADA is seeking experienced RNs to deliver expert one-on-one care to high-acuity clients in their homes across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx. As a Critical Care Lead Nurse, you'll be part of our elite response team - opening cases, filling urgent needs and guiding others with confidence and compassion. Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of New York
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- 1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred)
- Willingness to work with both adult and pediatric clients
- Ability to travel to all 5 boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx
- Flexibility, resilience and initiative - this role is for nurses who thrive on variety and challenge
