Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing or BS degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
• Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple critical care service lines, including: CVICU, Surgical Trauma Neuro (STN), CCU, and Medical ICU.
• Lead and mentor two operations managers and their teams to achieve clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and exceptional patient outcomes.
• Partner closely with clinical and administrative leadership to align unit performance with systemwide goals and emerging service line strategies.
• Drive program development and growth initiatives, with a focus on expanding trauma, cardiovascular, and advanced care capabilities.
• Foster a culture of engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams.
• Serve as a visible, inspiring leader who champions staff development, retention, and team cohesion.
