About The Position
The adult Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider Supervisor is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and administering the practice of advanced practice professionals (APP) in adult critical care. This role involves ensuring quality of care, serving as a role model and mentor, and providing leadership to the APP team. The supervisor also has clinical responsibilities, delivering expert-level critical care services in adult intensive care units at UCSF Health. The position encompasses administrative, staff development, education, and leadership duties, with a focus on maintaining high standards of patient care and supporting the overall management of the Critical Care APP department.
