The Athletic and Activities Program Coordinator at King's Schools will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and success of a variety of different programs. Provide administrative financial and operational support, including managing budgets, purchase orders, payroll and athletic facility scheduling. Oversee event logistics, scheduling and coordinating transportation and ensuring compliance with safety and organizational policies. Support coaching staff, manage end of season awards and maintain comprehensive records for athletes and staff. Manage the tracking of student eligibility and certifications.
