Crisis Support Specialist manages Crisis Nursery’s 24/7 crisis line. Responsibilities include scheduling crisis care, ensuring adequate supervision of children, and documenting services. The Crisis Support Specialist greets and directs individuals entering the facility, works with families to schedule care, conducts intakes/exit interviews, identifies and responds to family needs, and makes referrals. The Crisis Support Specialist reports to the Director of Programming.
